Orange Mango Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS:

For the cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower - chopped into florets

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Sprinkle with black pepper

  • ¾ cup milk or heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon Orange Batch

For the sauce

  • 1/3 cup Mango Scotch Bonnet sauce

  • 3 tablespoons salted butter or Ghee  - add 1/8 teaspoon sea salt if using unsalted butter

  • 2 tablespoons honey or 1 tablespoon Stevia (for keto) 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and grease a baking sheet or use a silicone non-stick mat.

  • Stir together salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Stir in milk/cream and mix in Orange Batch.

  • Dip cauliflower in the mixture, turning to coat completely, shake off excess and arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake for 10 minutes, use a fork to turn over cauliflower pieces, and bake for another 10 minutes.

  • While cauliflower is baking, combine cauliflower sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan. Slowly bring to a boil over medium heat, continuously stir, cook for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.

  • Brush cauliflower sauce all over the baked cauliflower and broil for 3-5 minutes.
